Well we forget about the past, we start a new. This is day 2 and altough I am experiencing grief over the fact that I can't eat what I want when I want, I would dare say that it is going pretty well. Tomorrow the Gagou starts school again and so I will start to walk regularly again. The pool opens up next week and I can start the swimming of the laps again. My favorite activity.
I want to be able to run my half marathon in may. I did it when I was 40 and I am going to do it when I am 50.
As I said before, I just hope that my body forgives me for all the abuse and lets me get back into running. I use to run 5 k 6 times a week. I use to run a 5 k in 27 minutes. I use to run a 10 k in 57 minutes and I ran the half marathon in 2 hours and 37 minutes.
I am reading success stories, I am logging on to Sparkpeople and I will really try to come and write on my blog every day.
Here we go.
