It is a constant battle. Every day, every minute I am thinking of keeping on track. I find it very hard this time. But I am sticking with it. I lost 3.5 pounds. Of course my hubby lost 6 pounds but he is young and a man and he didn't f**k up his metabolism like I did by doing yoyo dieting for more then 25 years.
So I will take the lost and I am ready for a 1 pound lost next week.
I am doing visualisation. I am doing a map of my dreams. I am hungry. Usually it pass after 3 days but this time it is sticking. I am looking around for snacks that I can munch on that are not too full of calories.
