day 3

I have been doing my walks every morning and the P90. I went swimming on monday and today.
So far the calories have been under 1500. Last night was very hard as I had made pizza. And it was good. I was starving after my portion and it was the end of the day. I didn't know how I could do it till this morning. I went back for a piece of pizza and then I wrapped it and put it in the fridge. But I woke up this morning completely starving. I know it takes a while to get use to the lower intake of calories.
I don't think it is emotional hunger. I really think it is physical hunger. I will see if it last until next week then I may have to up my intake to 1800.

Hi brigitte. Me and my boyfriend both have this problem of going to bed hungry too. It's no fun. Someone suggested we make sure we save enough calories for the evening... but I know that's hard when you want to treat yourself to something calorie-dense like pizza.
