But I don't mind so much because I took my measurements instead and I lost 1 inch on my waist and another one on my hips. I can feel the clothes I wear being looser. I am staying zen with the weight loss. By shifting the focus on getting healthier and increasing my aerobic strenght I think it will be better for me to stay in for the long run ( pun intended...)
This morning I could take my time at the pool because the gagou didn't have school. So I stayed and did 60 laps. Took me 58 minutes. I am very proud.
I didn't go walking on wednesday before my yoga class. It is too hot and I sweat even tough I take a shower. So it is a bit weird to be in a yoga class sweating like a pig. The yoga class and the swimming is enough for now. In the fall, I will add the walk again.
Tonight: Robin Hood. I can't wait.
